Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of graphic design services by Milen Milkov/ Milkov Art UK (“Designer”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging the Designer, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Logo and branding design
  • Print and digital marketing materials
  • Website and UI/UX design
  • Social media graphics
  • Custom illustrations and artwork

3. Project Scope & Revisions

  • The project scope, including deliverables and timelines, will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • The Client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required before work commences.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees of 3% per day.

5. Copyright & Ownership

  • The Designer retains copyright to all original work until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the design for the agreed purposes.
  • The Designer reserves the right to showcase the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Portfolio & Promotional Use

  • The Designer may use completed work for self-promotion, including but not limited to an online portfolio, social media, and case studies.
  • The artwork will only be used to showcase skills and expertise, and not for direct commercial gain.
  • If the Client wishes to keep the work private or prevent portfolio usage, a written agreement must be established before the project begins.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide all necessary materials, including logos, text, and images, in a timely manner.
  • Delays in providing feedback or materials may result in timeline adjustments.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the Client cancels the project after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If the Designer cancels the project, a full refund will be provided, excluding any completed work.

9. Liability & Indemnity

  • The Designer is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the designs.
  • The Client agrees to ensure that all provided materials (such as images and fonts) are legally obtained and licensed.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of UK.

12. Agreement

By making payment or engaging the Designer’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
