Restaurant Social Media Grid

Repetitive Content & Lost Focus

Week-to-week posting style has led to an unbalanced feed –
often several consecutive posts focused on food – which
fatigued the audience and failed to showcase the restaurant’s
diverse luxury experience (Bar, Ambience, Chef, Staff,
Events). This inconsistency did not match the restaurant’s
Michelin-starred status.

The Monthly Content Grid

The solution was a fundamental shift to proactive, planned
content cycles. I introduced a Monthly Social Media Grid
to enforce strategic balance, ensuring content was varied,
targeted, and aligned with key monthly events (e.g., holidays,
seasonal changes). This transformed the design work flow
from reactive post-creation to strategic content production.

Key Takeaway

This project reinforced that organizational design is a critical
component of digital marketing strategy. By introducing
the content grid, I moved the brand from reactive posting to
proactive campaigning, which ensures consistent high-end
brand presentation and maximizes audience engagement
through varied, high-quality content.
